lukasandClaude Opus 5.5 0729dbb691 Spec: M6 hosted mailboxes (Stalwart) plan — Appendix D ...

The M6 placeholder becomes a plan: a Stalwart mailbox for every user at
their handle with the webmail password (SQL directory over users.password_hash,
master-user login, no password copying), added as a permanent account; hosting
options (NAS / NAS + relay / VPS); app passwords for 2FA users; ways to stop
storing mail twice; phases, acceptance criteria and the open decisions.
