Clicking a link in the message shows "Open the link: <URL> | Edit | Delete"
just below it. Open opens http(s)/mailto links in a new tab (a pasted
javascript: link is shown but never run); Edit swaps in an inline URL field;
Delete removes the link and keeps its words. Click elsewhere, Escape or
typing closes it — and Escape stops there instead of also minimising the
compose window.
The toolbar's link button uses the same floating field instead of the
browser's prompt: under the selected text (kept highlighted with a CSS
highlight while the field has focus), at the caret with the address as the
text, or — with the caret inside a link — editing that link rather than
nesting a new one. A bare "example.com" becomes https://example.com.

A reply or forward now opens with the quote hidden, as the reading pane
shows it; the pill toggles it. The pill lives in the editor but is stripped
from everything reported out, and the quote is hidden by a class on the
editor rather than in its markup, so drafts and sent mail carry the full
quote. Only a quote the pill directly precedes is hidden, so deleting the
pill cannot strand it.

Backend:
- Collapse identical cross-account deliveries in a thread: new messages.delivery_id
(migration 0011) preserves the real Message-ID even when message_id_hdr is
synthesized (§7.1); get_thread groups by it and reports also_in_account_ids; the
list count counts distinct deliveries. Backfill script for existing rows.
Frontend:
- Bundle Lato (SIL OFL) as the UI font; unread mail-list rows use Black weight.
- Mail-list selection: hover-avatar checkbox, tri-state "select all", bulk
Archive/Pin/Delete (Restore/Delete in Archive/Trash/Spam) with a count in the
reading pane; unread blue dot; "also delivered to" note in the thread.
- Spacing/size tuning: sender-column width, icon gaps, avatar size, bar heights,
and a round of -1px font sizes across the sidebar, mail list, and reading pane.

Rework the conversation view to match the new dark-theme mockups:
- Subject bar gains a print button and an expand/collapse-all toggle (default
action expands all; collapsing leaves only the newest message open).
- Collapsed messages are compact single-line cards (40px avatar, colored sender
name, snippet, relative date) that overlap into a stack; alignment follows the
sort order (top edge for oldest-first, bottom edge for newest-first) and the
always-open newest card overlaps its neighbour in both orders.
- Expanded messages show sender+address (whole header row toggles collapse), a
detail disclosure (From/To/Cc/Subject/Date/Size), the message location
(Inbox/Sent), a read/unread circle (per-message flag toggle), a quick
Reply/Reply-all, and an Actions menu (reply/forward/print/delete). The
Reply/Reply all/Forward bar now sits inside the newest card above a divider.
- Message body: the quoted original is hidden by default with a "•••" toggle
injected after the "On … wrote:" attribution; the iframe now collapses-then-
measures so it shrinks back when the quote is hidden.
- Avatars use the sender's IMAP-account colour when the address matches one of
our accounts, else a stable per-sender hue; two initials for multi-word names.
- Brighter dark-theme border token; new print/expand-all/collapse-all icons.
Backend: add size_bytes to the message envelope (shown in message details).
